Metal Wall Trim for Rubber Roofing

Used For: Used in conjunction with Black Mastic to create a waterproof junction on up-stands or wall junctions.

Can also be used as Gutter Drip Trim when installing Metal Edge Trims (Can be top or side fixed with screws included)

When using as a wall up-stand trim the membrane is dressed into the wall or up-stand using the Wall Trim.

Requires use of Angle Grinder to create channel in brickwork or render

(Includes 40mm self sealing Hex Fasteners)

Don’t forget to order Mastic. The sealant is inserted along the top of the Wall Trim into the pre-ground slot in the wall or up-stand.

If you don’t have an angle grinder use our 3 metre termination bars instead of the wall trim to create a watertight seal on all up-stands

How Long Does It Take To Install A ClassicBond Pro Roof?

This will depend on the current substrate, size and type of roof; along with if there is any detail work required such as skylights.

Our friends over at RoofScout have made a great video showing you exactly how long it takes to install ClassicBond Pro on a freestanding, timber-boarded summer house.

For Sam, it took him just under 2 hours and 15 minutes. He did install this roof alone and installed edge trims which make a difference to the installation time.
