EPDM Termination Bar (Aluminium) | Edge Securing Bar for EPDM Membranes

Secure, Watertight EPDM Edges

The aluminium EPDM Termination Bar clamps the membrane firmly where it meets existing roofing materials such as felt. Used with Water Cut-off Mastic and Lap Sealant, it creates a reliable, watertight junction that reduces the risk of lifting or leaks, while providing a neat, professional finish without extra cutting.

Consistent, Long-Lasting Performance

During installation, the mastic is pressed behind the membrane and compressed by the bar, with Lap Sealant applied in the angled top slot to seal the join. Using a screwdriver or drill ensures even clamping pressure for a secure, long-term bond along the edge, even on tight corners or awkward angles.

Easy to Fit with a Professional Finish

Align flush with the substrate to maintain a clean line and maximise the overall finish. Straightforward to install when paired with the correct sealants.

EPDM T Bar 3 Metres (Aluminium)

Used For: Our aluminium EPDM Termination Bar is to be used in conjunction with Water Cut-off Mastic & Lap Sealant to create a waterproof junction on up-stands or where EPDM membrane joins into existing roofing materials such as felt.

The membrane is clamped to the substrate using the Termination Bar.

Can be used in place of 3 metres Plastisol Wall Trim where it is not possible to angle grind a slot to weatherproof up-stands.

Don’t forget to order Lap Sealant and Water Cut-off Mastic. The Water cut-off mastic is inserted behind the EPDM Membrane and compressed using the Termination bar. The Lap Sealant is inserted along the top of the termination bar in the angled slot provided.
