INSTA-STIK is a portable polyurethane foam adhesive for bonding rigid insulation boards directly to flat roof substrates such as concrete, OSB, or self-adhesive vapour barriers. Applied in beads or ribbons with a standard foam gun, it allows accurate board positioning while providing a strong, wind-resistant hold.
Speeds Up Installation and Improves Performance
Boards are typically secured within 10 minutes and fully adhered within 20–30 minutes. Consistent bead spacing (19–25 mm at 300 mm centres) ensures even adhesion, reducing thermal bridging and supporting long-term stability.
