What Couriers Do We Use?
Your order could be delivered by any of our 3 couriers:
- FedEx - Most of our deliveries will be by FEDEX and tracking information with the tracking link will be available when you provide us with your details.
- Pallex - Much larger orders will go with Pallex, with all items wrapped together on a pallet. However, there is no tracking information available for this courier.
- Nelsons - Nelsons is our internal courier that deals with our regular routes. However, there is currently no tracking information available for this courier yet.
How Your Order Is Shipped
Each package is treated as a separate shipment and given its own tracking number. This allows us to monitor the progress of each shipment individually, as couriers can process them differently due to variations in their size, shape and weight.
To help you identify each part of your order, here's a quick overview of how your roofing kit is packaged for delivery.
- EPDM membrane will arrive rolled tightly into a compact, sausage-shaped roll and wrapped in a bright blue protective tarp to keep it clean and protected during transit.
- Roof trims will be packaged together in a long 2-metre box to help prevent damage during delivery.
- Adhesives, Tapes & Tools, including adhesives, tools, corners, and accessories, will usually arrive packed securely in one or more cardboard boxes.
- Skylights are dispatched directly from the manufacturer. Once we have a delivery date, we will call you to confirm the delivery arrangements.
What If Only Part Of My Order Has Arrived?
Your order will be dispatched together from our warehouse in multiple shipments. FedEx may separate these packages at your local depot, so they could arrive at different times or on different vehicles.
Do not worry if only part of your order arrives. The remaining shipments are usually on another vehicle and often arrive later the same day. Each shipment has its own tracking number, so you can use the individual tracking links to check the current status of any packages still to arrive.
