What Couriers Do We Use?
Your order could be delivered by any 3 of our couriers:
- FEDEX - Most of our deliveries will be by FEDEX and tracking information with the tracking link will be available when you provide us your details.
- Pallex - Much larger orders will go with Pallex. However, there is no tracking information available for this courier.
- Nelsons - Nelsons is our internal courier that will deal with regular orders. However, there is currently no tracking information available for this courier yet.
How Your Order Is Shipped
To help you identify each part of your order, here's a quick overview of how your roofing kit is packaged for delivery.
- Your EPDM membrane will arrive rolled tightly into a compact, sausage-shaped roll and wrapped in a bright blue protective tarp to keep it clean and protected during transit.
- Your roof trims will be packaged together in a long tubular box to help prevent damage during delivery.
- All other items, including adhesives, tools, corners, and accessories, will usually arrive packed securely in one or more cardboard boxes.
What Does It Mean If I Have a Split Delivery?
You might receive a response containing multiple shipment numbers, which indicates that your delivery has been split.
Your order will be dispatched together, but our couriers will sometimes split your delivery at your local depot, allowing them to load each item onto the most suitable vehicle. Do not worry if only part of your order arrives, as the remaining items are usually on another vehicle and should follow shortly, often later in the same day.
