Are The EPDM Membranes Guaranteed?
ClassicBond®, ClassicBond Pro™ and RESITRIX® all have a life expectancy of 50 years. However, if you have attended our training course we are able to offer a 20-year EPDM guarantee.
Applying for an EPDM guarantee is quick and easy, simply email us a photo of your completed roof along with your order number and the guarantee will be issued directly to you or your customer.

How long does it take to install Resitrix?
It took our friends over at RoofScout roughly 3 hours to install Resitrix on a garden room. Installation can depend on many factors such as how experienced the installer is, how big the roof is, how much detail work there is (skylights ect) and the weather conditions. What are Resitrix's pros and cons?

Is Resitrix hard to install?
Resitrix is a fairly easy flat roofing system to install. However, you'll need to learn how to use a heat gun which can be a steep learning curve for installers who have never used this type of tool.
