Open Online. Trade Counter Closed.
In line with the measures announced on the 23rd of March, we have now closed our trade counter but we still remain open for orders placed online and over the phones.
We are well-staffed (we’ve implemented a range of social-distancing changes internally to keep our staff safe) and we are well-stocked so are able to fulfil orders for the foreseeable future. However please read through our full range of measures that we’ve put in place to ensure we can continue to offer our high level of service.
Please note that the biggest impact on placing orders is that the next day delivery order cut-off time is now 1pm.
You may also experience slightly longer hold-times when phoning in so where possible please place orders online.
All orders are currently being dispatched and handed to our logistics partners on a Next Working Day Service. However, due to social distance guidelines, some items may incur 24-48 hour delays due to the sortation process at the courier depots.
We are advising customers to allow extra time for deliveries and advising all customers orders will be delivered in 1-2 working days.
Social distancing measures have increased the time it takes to process large items such as EPDM & trims, please ensure that you have the materials delivered before you commence your roofing project.
Local deliveries have now been suspended.
Our trade counter is now fully closed!
Online & Telephone orders can still be collected Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm.
We have suspended all training for the foreseeable future!
