Our policy is to buy in bulk and run a very efficient service which we have found attractive to DIY and trade people alike keeping costs low.

All customers whether trade or DIY nowadays have Credit/Debit cards which gives them excellent buyer protection and 30 days interest free to pay so there is no difference in the time it takes for customers to settle their accounts compared to a trade account.

DISCOUNT POLICY

We DO NOT like many Builders Merchants double the price then give a discount varying from 50% to 80% according to status which can only lead to customers wondering whether they could ask for a bigger discount ~ like a far eastern bazaar.

Our policy is to offer the best online prices we can combined with second to none customer service and technical support . If you are a Trade Customer we do offer discounts on our complete product range. You will need to send us a letterhead, business card or link to your website to prove you are a trading company / sole trader
